Let's connect
We'll chat over text or email, whatever's easiest for you. I want to hear about your day, your vibe, and what matters most to you. No sales pitch, just a real conversation.

Lock in your date
Once you're ready, I'll send over a simple contract and invoice. A 30% retainer secures your date. The rest is due two weeks before the wedding. Payment via Zelle, Venmo, or cash.

Pre-wedding planning
About a month out, we'll go over your timeline together. I'll coordinate with your planner and photographer so the day runs smooth. No surprises.

Your wedding day
This is where I do my thing. I show up early, connect with you, crack a joke to break the tension, and then capture everything: the first look nerves, the ugly-cry toasts, the dance floor chaos. I'm present but never in the way. You'll feel comfortable the whole time.

Post-production
I take my time in the edit. Every film is built from scratch around your day, never a template. Expect 12–16 weeks for delivery. Your teaser film comes first, within 2–3 weeks.

Delivery
Your films are delivered through a private online gallery: stream anytime, download in full quality, share with family. These are yours forever.

What comes with every collection?

Every collection includes a wedding film, a teaser film, professional audio of your vows and toasts, and a private online film gallery. The Signature and Weekend Collections add full ceremony and speeches films, and drone footage when location and conditions allow. The Weekend Collection includes a second filmmaker.

Will there be a second filmmaker?

The Weekend Collection includes two filmmakers, so the ceremony, the reactions, and the room are all covered. The Film and Signature Collections are one filmmaker, and a second can be added.

What's your filming style?

Cinematic documentary. I keep things natural. I might give you a small prompt here and there, but nothing stiff or forced. Couples tell me I made them feel comfortable and they barely noticed the camera. That's the goal.

Do you travel?

Anywhere within one hour of downtown Dallas is included at no extra cost. Beyond that, we'll figure out travel together, and destination weddings are custom commissioned.

What about payment?

A 30% retainer locks in your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding. I accept Zelle, Venmo, or cash. No credit card fees, no payment portals.

Can we customize a collection?

Yes. Each collection is a starting point, and any of the refinements above can be added. For destination weddings and multi-day celebrations, I build a custom collection around the weekend.

When should we book?

As soon as you're ready. I only take a limited number of weddings per year so I can give each one the attention it deserves. Fall and spring dates go fast in Texas.
